endoscopy.jpgDr. David B. Rowland, MA, DVM

A Southern Indiana native, Dr. Rowland started his veterinary career with the US Army. Before moving home to start Access Veterinary Care, he spent several years running the clinic at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico, taking care of service members' pets and a cadre of Military Working Dogs. His areas of emphasis include internal medicine, advanced diagnostics, reptile medicine, and client education (believe it or not, he taught college English before deciding to study medicine). Outside of medicine, he enjoys hiking, cycling, playing guitar, Building Stuff, retro video games, and spending time with The Wife (Dr. Smock).

Dr. Courtney Smock, DVMdrsmock.jpg

Dr. Smock graduated from Purdue University in 2010. She spent a year in private practice outside of Albuquerque before completing a year-long advanced internship at a specialty referral center to further her skills and knowledge. While she sees patients occasionally at AVC, her main role is currently behind the scenes. In addition, she is an emergency clinician at BluePearl in Louisville, helping pets who need it most in the dead of night. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, classes at the YMCA, and hanging out with The Cats, The Dog, and her husband, Dr. Rowland.

Camilynne has been a licensed technician since 2013. She graduated from Brown Mackie College and spent three years in specialty and emergency medicine before joining the Access Veterinary Care family. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio but lives in Okolona with her husband, three cats, and one gorgeous beagle. In her free time, she enjoys biking, reading, and binge watching Netflix.

Morgan hd.jpgMorgan Heldt-Davis

Morgan is a recent graduate of Indiana University Southeast, receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 2016. Before becoming a part of the team at AVC, she spent her summers rehabilitating birds of prey at a local wildlife sanctuary. When the weather is nice, you can find her hiking, kayaking, or spending her time at IUS baseball games. She enjoys spending most other days with her cat, Banjo, watching hockey and HGTV.
